LSK studio message
A branded performance-creative message animated from a finished static concept.
Customer story / LSK Solutions
LSK Solutions expanded from one narrow workflow to thirteen, bringing more video, voice, lipsync, languages, and creative direction into a repeatable in-house system.
01 / Creative output
An animated LSK concept and five generated source shots show how the team develops campaign material in Pawook. The source shots are parts of a production process, not finished ads.
The challenge
LSK started carefully, with one workflow and one narrow job. The real test was whether the same system could handle the range its clients needed.
That meant video, voice-over, lipsync, multiple languages, and creative directions that changed from brand to brand.
03 / What changed
Reusable production logic took over repeatable steps while the team kept control of creative direction.
One trial workflow became a working production line of thirteen.
Briefs evolved from describing a scene to directing one, including camera moves, consistent characters, exact looks, and defined transformations.
The team diversified its model mix from four models to twenty-three, with no single model now carrying more than a sixth of the work.
The outcome
With the same three people, daily finished output rose 1.8× and the system now runs for 67 minutes per designer hour. Nearly half of the team’s work is now complex, compared with less than a fifth at the start of the measured period.
05 / Where the work happens
The mix below shows how Pawook is used across the creative process, measured from the production log.
Most of the activity in Pawook is production work that makes new material, not only assembly.
We came in cautiously, with one task. Six months later almost our entire creative pipeline runs on Pawook, and work we used to send outside we now do in-house, in the same amount of time.
