01 / Short-form drama
Two-person wellness story
A dialogue-led wellness story developed as one consistent mobile-first narrative.
Customer partnership / Luvly
Together, Luvly and Pawook turned a fragmented set of AI tools into reusable creative workflows—giving designers more freedom to produce hooks, podcasts, wellness videos, and short-form stories.
Reusable workflows helped the team increase creative output.
Pawook carries repeatable production while designers focus on direction.
A shared production system made each completed creative more efficient.
01 / Creative output
The partnership supports dialogue-led stories, creator formats, multilingual concepts, and long-form content without forcing the team into a different production process for every format.
The challenge
Luvly’s creative team wanted to explore more ambitious formats without adding another disconnected tool or rebuilding the production process for every idea.
The opportunity was to give designers a flexible system they could shape around recurring needs while keeping creative direction in their hands.
03 / What changed
Luvly’s creative experience and Pawook’s workflow system came together in a production setup designed around the team’s real work.
Recurring tasks became reusable workflows for hooks, podcasts, and guided wellness content.
Designers could run and adapt those workflows directly instead of waiting for specialist support.
With repeatable production handled by the system, the team gained more room for narrative and multi-format ideas.
The outcome
The partnership helped Luvly increase finished output while reducing the cost and manual effort behind each piece. Reusable workflows made sophisticated formats more dependable, so the team could spend more time on ideas and less time rebuilding production.
We walked away from a whole set of problems that teams on subscriptions keep running into. Our designers now invent their own flows, and we have reached stable output on complex formats such as short drama, animation, and podcasts. Work like that has become routine, and we can now close several times more of it than before.
